Vegan Chocolate Chia Pudding

Holy moly do I have a delicious guilt free dessert for you guys!  This stuff literally takes 1 minutes to throw together.  Here’s the recipe:

3 TBSP Dark Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

1/4 Cup Chia Seeds

1 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk

1 TBSP Agave Nectar or Honey

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.  Refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight before eating to allow pudding to thicken.  Enjoy!

This stuff is awesome eaten cold with some fresh raspberries and blueberries!  This recipe makes 4 servings!  I hope you guys love it as much as I do!  Let us know what you think!!

  1. Hi, I am intrigued by this recipe. I’m curious about the Chia seed pudding concept and obsessed with chocolate. But my dumb question is this- can you recommend a coconut milk and by coconut milk you are referring to the stuff that comes in carton near the cow and soy milk…..not the stuff in the can I use for curry. I may try to make this tomorrow.

    • Hi there!! There are no dumb questions! 🙂 Yes, the coconut milk that you find in the refrigerated dairy section! Silk makes an AWESOME unsweetened coconut milk! Make sure to get the unsweetened kind so you can use it for any recipe you want, sweet or savory! Its super low in calories and really tasty! Let me know how it turns out!! 🙂
